The catalogues for the: ’Cassina I Maestri’ collection, presenting pieces that are landmarks in the history of furnishing design, now being reproposed by Cassina. These masterpieces by great names such as Le Corbusier, Rietveld, Mackintosh, Asplund and Wright return to a graphic sphere, committed to respecting their prestige.

Cassina Showroom.

After producing the legendary ’I Maestri’ catalogues, Cassina presented them in its showroom with the furniture by these brilliant masters with Pier Luigi Cerri responsible for the exhibition design. The panels were simply blow-ups of double pages from our catalogues in a highly effective confrontation between design and graphic design.

In our presentation brochure we decided

to compare the care this expert photo-

lithographer has been lavishing on pictures

for two generations with that normally applied by women to their bodies.

Beic is the acronym of the Biblioteca Europea di Informazione e Cultura, the subject of an international design competition held by Milan’s municipal authorities and other public and private bodies to create a new European library in Milan. The project will regenerate the urban area originally occupied by the Porta Vittoria railway station in the city centre. The whole graphic design was conceived and produced in spring 2001.

Welcome results in terms of international renown have rewarded this kitchen manufacturer in the Molteni Group, a customer ever open to innovation. Different herbs and spices were used to differentiate each kitchen in the general catalogue.

The herbs and spices chosen were also to

be found on the stand created for the 11th Eurocucina exhibition

in Milan.
